Since 2019, she’s been a vessel offering relief from chronic pain & stress to building routines that help improve lifestyles, health, & well-being. She’s always believed in the human body’s intelligence & its innate ability to heal by taking time for ourselves to truly pause, reset, & recover. Faith-based & God-led, she holds a safe space to all willing & open to receiving healing, intentional touch.
